We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are happy to offer store credit for eligible returns, allowing you to select another item of your choice.
Faulty Items
We accept refunds for any jewellery that arrives with defects such as broken clasps, loose stones, damaged links, or any other issues that affect its functionality or appearance due to manufacturing errors. If you receive an item with a fault, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product, and we’ll guide you through the process of returning the item for a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable Items
Hygiene Reasons: Returns on pierced earring styles are not accepted.
Final Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund, credit note, or exchange unless deemed faulty.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us at hellogoldclass@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account).
